Meet the Team

You’re in Luck

ADC’s fearless leader and licensed OSWTS designer, Rocky has over 30 years of experience and thousands of onsite wastewater treatment systems under his belt. Rocky loves little more than the opportunity to put his ingenuity to work to meet the unique goals of each project (except maybe his kids and a well-deserved jam session now and again).

Rocky Anderson|President

  • Rocky’s specialty is developing strategies to conquer challenging sites or unusual project requirements. Under his leadership, ADC has designed and provided construction oversight for larger systems with flows up to 100,000 gallons per day that require advanced treatment technologies, including membrane bioreactors and sequencing batch reactors.

Rocky currently sits on the Technical Advisory Boards of the Washington State Department of Health and King County and is an active member of the Water Environment Federation, WateReuse, Arizona Water Association, and the Rural Water Association of Arizona.

Jason’s 20 years of expertise in civil engineering means he mastersthe ins and outs of wastewater engineering like he knows the trails of the Pacific Northwest - he’s a master of both. Jason’s sharp eye for the potential challenges of a project ensures each design can make even the most complex systems easily constructible and effortlessly operable.

JAson JAcobson, P.E. | Senior Engineer

  • As a civil engineering project manager, Jason oversaw multi-million dollar military installations and eco-restoration projects alike. Since then, he has executed countless successful wastewater projects in every market - his portfolio includes shopping centers, schools, medical centers, and residential developments. He has implemented technologies ranging from septic tank effluent and simple pressure distribution to advanced treatment systems and subsurface drip dispersal with design flows ranging from 500 to 100,000 gallons per day.

Jason is licensed as a civil engineer to serve the states of Arizona, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, Oregon, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington.

DAvid Prinzhorn, P.E. | water/wastewater Engineer

David Prinzhorn joined ADC with over forty years of experience in water, wastewater, and environmental engineering. He's done it all, from utility master planning to project management, construction, and operations and maintenance. David has over $400 million worth of projects under his belt from almost any sector you can think of – federal, tribal, commercial, military, and private. David holds his Professional Engineer licenses in Arizona and Alaska and is a Certified Grade 4 Utility Operator in Arizona.

In his former life, David was a professional photographer, and remains vigilant in his quests for stunning western landscapes to capture and share with the world through his photography website. Should you spot David in the wild, you’ll likely get a look at his dog Buddy, who accompanies him on most of his adventures.

Patrick joined ADC as Project Coordinator in 2021. After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University in 2011, Patrick cut his teeth as a logistics coordinator in the tech sphere. It didn't take long before Patrick was promoted to project manager, where he spent years honing the professional skills that make him ADC caliber: impeccable communication, dedication to achieving project objectives, and, most importantly, his devotion to the success of our clients.

Patrick is a proud father, master of dad jokes, and an accomplished drummer. No word on how his neighbors feel about his toddler's attempts to follow in daddy's drumming footsteps, or his toddler’s opinions of dad puns.

LAcey PEnner | Marketing MAnager & Executive Assistant

With over ten years of experience in tech, healthcare, and construction, Lacey is as unflappable as she is effective as an executive assistant. Prior to joining ADC, she supported C-level executives in Providence St. Joseph Health’s Digital Innovation Group and at pet-sitting unicorn Rover.com. In her dual role as ADC’s marketing manager, Lacey brings her love of writing and bachelor’s degree in strategic communication to its logical conclusion: helping ADC help you win.

If she’s not wordsmithing (or sometimes while she’s wordsmithing), you can usually find Lacey somewhere in the Pacific Northwest petting one or several dogs.
